SineQra’s data centres are located in three geographical regions. Our Swedish data centre is located on the west coast. In Germany we have a data centre in Munich, and our USA data centre is based in Dallas, Texas.
Not only does this enable us to offer a completely sound infrastructure, it also means that we can create homogeneous service platforms according to our clients’ needs. We know that clients have different needs which are controlled in certain cases by laws and other regulations. If for example we take regulations governing how and where personal information can be stored (the Swedish Data Protection Act), we are able to guarantee where the data is physically stored. If there is a requirement that data is stored within Sweden, this is not therefore a problem.
Our data centre meets all currently known regulations regarding access protection, fire protection, power supply and climate.
All the products and services we offer are designed to provide the highest possible levels of availability. In the event of a drop in production, we have well-established procedures and technical solutions to minimise the risk of client disruption. The level and availability levels are governed in the service level agreements (SLAs) described for each service.
All services are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Action times are governed by SLAs (see “Redundancy” above).
